Water falls down the stairs.

It all started with a leak in an upstairs bathroom. The water made its way through the walls and down to the lower level. The shared wall on the other side is the staircase. This is how they were able to see the water damage because walking up the stairs the homeowner noticed that the wall appeared to be wet. When our crew chiefs cut into the wall they found that there had been a leak coming from upstairs. The wet wall and insulation was removed and an air mover was placed to finish the drying process. The home was back to normal in no time- a quick fix! Pay attention to when things look slightly different than usual in your home, something just might not be right behind the walls!
