Who left the shower on??

For a long period of time this homeowners shower was left on by a child and it eventually flooded the entire master bathroom and leaked into the downstairs ceiling as well. The leak was way too big for just a few towels to soak up. We had to demo the bathroom flooring and walls to prepare it for future repairs. Although some of the time water damage is inevitable, you can still continually to check water sources to make sure they were not left on. If you plan to be away from home for an extended period of time, turn your water off or have a friend check in to make sure there is no water ruining your home.
